Thank you for choosing Little Birds Dress for your custom-made pieces! Because each made-to-order item is crafted especially for you, we have some special terms to make sure the process is smooth and fair.


Order Confirmation & Production

Once your custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled. Custom items are made just for you and cannot be resold.


Cancelling Before Production

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations may only be accepted if production hasn’t started yet.


Deposit & Refunds

  • All made-to-order items require a non-refundable deposit (usually 50% of the total price).

  • If production has started, cancelling your order will result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover materials and labor.


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand life happens. In rare cases like medical emergencies, we may review cancellations on a case-by-case basis. While a full refund cannot be guaranteed, we may offer a partial refund or store credit, depending on how far along production is.


Post-Production

Once your item is finished, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
