- In-stock items: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Made-to-order/custom items: Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns are accepted on in-stock items within 10 business days of shipment, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Discounted or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
